Like many of you, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease as an
adult. My first response to the diagnosis was to remove all carbs
from my diet because the gluten-free baked goods
I was able to find and taste weren't worth the calories. It wasn't
long before I felt deprived, especially when it came to bread.
What I missed the most were small rolls of crusty bread that were
perfect additions to a bowl of soup or salad. I just wanted a single
serving, something that could be thrown in a paper bag with my morning
coffee or wrapped up and saved
for my lunch or dinner.
I'm thrilled to offer people what I've been missing: tasty, hearty, healthy bread rolls with a ton of flavor and NO GLUTEN.
